These were NOT Packaged by Topps. Each pack looks like it has 12 or 15 cards in it. (Not positive). They do look like they were packaged awhile ago, Also the cards look to be very sharp and Minty, and There are stars showing on some. They're Neat Novelty Items with Original 1976 Topps cards in Very High Grade, But they are Not Topps Factory Sealed.
