Payment may be made with cash, valid check, credit card (VISA, MC, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS), cashier's check, money order, or wired funds. A 4.25% facilitation fee will be assessed to DEBIT/CREDIT CARD purchases and a $19.99 fee for wired funds.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

All Sales Are Final. Payment Methods: Credit Card (4.25% Fee) - VISA, AmEx, MasterCard, DISCOVER, CASH OR CHECK, Money Order, Wire Transfer (additional fee of $20) All accounts are to be paid at the time of pickup or shipping of the firearm purchase. A 4.25% facilitation fee will be assessed to all credit card purchases for both onsite and online purchases. Please note: checkbacks on credit cards are not allowed. If payment is not received by the end of the pickup days or at the time of shipping, accounts due will be charged to the credit card on file with Proxibid. Purchases not settled by this time are considered in default. Any merchandise in default, and/or remaining at auction site after pick-up date, are considered forfeited, and will become the property of MWLA. The purchaser will be charged a $20.00(+) per item restock fee. No refunds will be distributed.

Internet Buyer’s Premium: The Internet Buyer’s Premium of 10% will apply to all winning online bidders. FFL Document Processing FEE: All buyers of firearms will be charged a $25.00 FFL document processing fee per gun. FFL dealers will be charged $20.00 FFL document processing fee per gun. FFL dealers must provide a valid copy of the FFL to transfer firearms. If a buyer has a permit, American Arms asks that buyers bring the permit and a valid Driver’s License or ID at the time of pickup of the firearm purchase. Packaging & Handling: $25/firearm, $15-$5 / non-firearm (auction house discretion) All state and federal rules and regulations will be followed regarding the purchase and sale of all firearms. NO Shipping of firearms to CA, WA, NJ, HI addresses - please secure a FFL from another state - NO EXCEPTIONS
