Overview of 1993 THOMAS BUS CONVERSION
Item Details
1993 Thomas Built Bus 5.9 Liter Cummins Engine 5-speed Allison Automatic transmission This bus started out as an original school bus and we removed all the seats and old flooring and installed everything new. We installed new plywood to the floor then topped it with LVP wood flooring throughout. We installed a new full size refrigerator and full size deep freeze. Built bunk beds and pull out sofa bed. The bus has a 150 gallon propane tank on board (which is full) 4,000 series generator The entire bus chassis was refurbished and serviced to ensure no mechanical failures and has since had about 2,000 miles put on it and no issues. We put all new brakes, tires, wheel bearings, wheel seals, etc The bus also has 200 gallons of fresh water capacity in the top cage above the bus which also acts as a party deck with fold up hand rails.

Payment must be made by Buyer to Seller BEFORE END OF DAY the DAY OF SALE and prior to removal of any item purchased hereunder by cash, certified check, Visa, Etc.

1. Buyer (The Winning Bidder) acknowledges that s/he has conducted a thorough inspection of the merchandise being purchased hereunder. All merchandise is sold in an AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and AS INSPECTED condition WITH ANY AND ALL FAULTS.

The Seller and/or Looper Auction & Realty II, LLC) makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the genuineness, authenticity or merchantability of, or defect in any item, and will not be held responsible for any discrepancies or inaccuracies in any printed materials or otherwise.
3. No warranties are made as to the merchantability of any item or its fitness for any purpose.
4. Payment must be made by Buyer to Seller BEFORE END OF DAY the DAY OF SALE and prior to removal of any item purchased hereunder by cash, certified check, Visa, Etc.
5. When paying by credit card, Buyer is waiving any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge-back against the transaction and or the Seller.
6. Credit card transactions will appear on the Buyer's credit card statement as: Looper Auction & Realty II, LLC, Huntington, AR 72940
7. Ownership title passes to Buyer upon the execution of this agreement, and thereafter the property is at the risk of the Buyer, and the Seller shall not be responsible for the loss or damage due to theft, fire, breakage, or any cause whatsoever, however occasioned.
8. Looper Auction & Realty II, LLc will NOT provide or be responsible for any Equipment, Riggers, Insurance, or Liability to disconnect, package, remove, and/or ship Items sold for this Auction.
9. Buyer is solely responsible to provide any personnel, equipment or materials needed to Disconnect, Prepare for Shipment, Load, & Ship Purchases.
10. Buyer must remove all items purchased by Buyer within (7) Days of Sale Date.
11. The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any listed item from the sale, to sell items that are not listed, to group one or more items into one, to subdivide items and to sell any/all items in bulk.
